Caramel Sultana Squares
Try this delicious combination of gooey caramel, sultanas and our crunchy SuperWine biscuits. Guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser with dried fruit lovers, these yummy squares are a great afternoon tea treat.
Ingredients
- 1x 395g tin of Condensed Milk
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 packet Griffin's Super Wine biscuits, crushed
- 1 cup Sultanas
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 150°C
- Add condensed milk and brown sugar into a saucepan and melt together on a low heat.
- Add to the crushed biscuits and sultanas then mix well.
- Spread mix into a greased shallow 18cm square tin. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool then cut into squares.
