Caramello Balls
The ultimate combo – caramel, chocolate and our delicious Griffin’s SuperWine biscuits. This really is the perfect recipe for any sweet tooth. Thanks Melissa Leaver for this great recipe.
Ingredients
- 100g Butter
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ 395g tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tsp Cocoa
- 1 ½ cups Griffin's SuperWine biscuits, finely crushed
- 180g Caramello Chocolate
- 1 cup Dessicated Coconut
Instructions
- Melt butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, cocoa and vanilla essence together in a saucepan on a medium heat.
- When melted add the crushed biscuits and leave to cool.
- When cooled, wet your fingers and roll a full tsp of the mixture around a square of Caramello chocolate. Roll in coconut.
