Chit Chat Cheesecake Truffles
With only 3 ingredients, these Chit Chat truffles are super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 packets of Griffin's Chit Chat biscuits
- 175g Cream Cheese, softened
- 300g Milk Chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, blitz both packets of Chit Chat biscuits until they form fine crumbs.
- Add the softened cream cheese and blitz again until well combined.
- Roll tablespoon sized heaps of the biscuit mixture into balls and place on a baking paper lined plate. Allow to set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, using 30 second increments to avoid burning it.
- Dip the set biscuit balls in the chocolate, fully coating each one before placing back on the lined plate.
- Allow to set for 5 minutes in the fridge and enjoy!
