Chit Chat Mousse
Taking less than 15 minutes and $20 to make, these moreish desserts are as easy as they are delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin's Chit Chat biscuits
- 2 cups (500ml) Cream
- 1/3 cup Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp Icing Sugar
- 50g Chocolate
Instructions
- Leaving 2 biscuits aside for decoration, roughly crush the Chit Chat biscuits.
- In a large bowl, cream together the vanilla, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup icing sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add 1 + 1/2 cups of cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat again until it forms soft peaks.
- Fold the crushed biscuits through the cream mixture and evenly divide into 4 serving glasses.
- In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 1/2 cup of cream and 1 Tbsp of icing sugar to soft peaks.
- In each glass, dollop the cream on top of the mousse and decorate with half a Chit Chat biscuit and grated chocolate.
- Allow the mousse to set in the fridge for an hour before serving.
