Condensed Milk Slice

Made with Griffin's Milk Arrowroot biscuits, this delicious slice is the perfect match for your afternoon cuppa and can be whipped up in no time at all!

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of Griffin's Milk Arrowroot biscuits
  • 150g Butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 3/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup Threaded Coconut
  • 395g can of Condensed Milk

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. In a food processor, crush the Milk Arrowroot biscuits to a fine crumb. Add the melted butter and blitz again to combine.
  3. Firmly press the biscuit mixture into a lined slice tin to create the base. 
  4. Sprinkle the almonds, cranberries, chocolate and coconut over the biscuit base. Evenly pour over the condensed milk.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden in colour.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and enjoying!
