Easter Rocky Road
Make the most of leftover chocolate this Easter by combining it with our Vanilla Wine biscuits to create this mouthwatering rocky road!

Ingredients
- 540g Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 packet Griffin’s Vanilla Wine biscuits
- 180g Marshmallows
- 200g Easter Eggs
- 100g Raspberry Liquorice or Lollies, chopped
Instructions
- Roughly chop the Vanilla Wine biscuits.
- Combine biscuits, marshmallows, Easter eggs and lollies in a bowl.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
- Once melted, pour your chocolate over the sweets and mix until everything is fully coated.
- Fill a baking paper lined dish with the rocky road mixture and place in the fridge to set for half an hour before cutting into pieces to serve.
