Easter Rocky Road

Make the most of leftover chocolate this Easter by combining it with our Vanilla Wine biscuits to create this mouthwatering rocky road!

  • 540g Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 packet Griffin’s Vanilla Wine biscuits
  • 180g packet Marshmallows
  • 200g Easter Eggs
  • 100g Raspberry Liquorice or Lollies, chopped
  1. Roughly chop the Vanilla Wine biscuits.
  2. Combine biscuits, marshmallows, Easter eggs and lollies in a bowl.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning. 
  4. Once melted, pour your chocolate over the sweets and mix until everything is fully coated.
  5. Fill a baking paper lined dish with the rocky road mixture and place in the fridge to set for half an hour before cutting into pieces to serve.
