Ingredients
- 1 packet of Meal Mates Mixed Vegie Crackers or Meal Mates Poppy & Sesame Crackers
Cheese & Relish:
- Tasty Cheese
- Tomato Relish
- Parsley
Cucumber & Feta:
- 100g Hummus
- 1/2 of a Cucumber
- 50g Feta
Avocado & Ham:
- 1/2 an Avocado
- 100g Shaved Ham
- Salt + Pepper
Instructions
To make the Cheese & Relish crackers:
- Layer a slice of tasty cheese and a spoonful of tomato relish on a Meal Mates cracker. Top with a parsley leaf.
To make the Cucumber & Feta crackers:
- Dollop a teaspoon of hummus on a cracker.
- Using a peeler, create a cucumber ribbon by pulling the peeler along the length of the half cucumber.
- Place the cucumber ribbon on the hummus and top with a sprinkle of feta.
To make the Avocado & Ham crackers:
- Spread the avocado on a Meal Mates cracker before topping with half a slice of shaved ham and salt and pepper.
