Ingredients
  • 1 packet of Meal Mates Mixed Vegie Crackers or Meal Mates Poppy & Sesame Crackers

 

Cheese & Relish:

  • Tasty Cheese
  • Tomato Relish 
  • Parsley

 

Cucumber & Feta:

  • 100g Hummus 
  • 1/2 of a Cucumber 
  • 50g Feta

 

Avocado & Ham:

  • 1/2 an Avocado
  • 100g Shaved Ham 
  • Salt + Pepper
Instructions

To make the Cheese & Relish crackers:

  1. Layer a slice of tasty cheese and a spoonful of tomato relish on a Meal Mates cracker. Top with a parsley leaf.

To make the Cucumber & Feta crackers:

  1. Dollop a teaspoon of hummus on a cracker. 
  2. Using a peeler, create a cucumber ribbon by pulling the peeler along the length of the half cucumber.
  3. Place the cucumber ribbon on the hummus and top with a sprinkle of feta. 

To make the Avocado & Ham crackers:

  1. Spread the avocado on a Meal Mates cracker before topping with half a slice of shaved ham and salt and pepper.
