Mint Treat Chocolate Fudge
Attention all Mint Treat biscuit lovers, this decadent fudge is super easy and oh so delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Mint Treat biscuits
- 395g can Condensed milk
- 125g Butter, cubed
- 1 ¼ cups Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint Essence
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 100g Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
Instructions
- Line a square tin or dish with baking paper.
- Roughly chop the packet of Mint Treat biscuits and set aside.
- Combine the condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, peppermint essence and salt to a large saucepan over a medium heat. Stirring constantly, cook for 10 minutes or until the mixture is thickened and bubbling.
- Take the mixture off the heat and mix in the dark chocolate until smooth and combined. Quickly fold through the chopped Mint Treat biscuits and pour into the prepared dish.
- Leave the fudge to set in the fridge for an hour or until set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
