Squiggles Hokey Pokey Caramel Slice

Ingredients
For the Base:
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Squiggles Hokey Pokey biscuits
- 1/2 packet of Griffin’s Super Wine biscuits
- 100g Butter, melted
For the Caramel:
- 75g Butter
- 1/4 cup Golden Syrup
- 395g can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
For the Topping:
- 180g Milk Chocolate, chopped
- Honeycomb chocolate
Instructions
- For the base: Crush the biscuits in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and blitz again until well combined. Press into a lined tin and place in the fridge to set while you prepare the caramel.
- To make the caramel, heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until the caramel is a golden colour and thick in texture. Spread the caramel evenly over the slice base and leave in the fridge for 30 mins to an hour to set.
- Once the caramel has set, melt the milk chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments. Spread the chocolate evenly over the slice, and top with crushed honeycomb chocolates and Squiggles Hokey Pokey biscuits.
- Leave the slice to set for 10 minutes in the fridge before slicing and enjoying!
