Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 1 + 2/3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Dry Yeast
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¾ cup Warm Water
- ½ tbsp Vegetable Oil
Toppings
- Chocolate Spread
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Squiggles Pineapple Chunks
- Berries – Strawberries and Blueberries
- Custard
Instructions
- To make the pizza dough, combine the flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth and stretchy.
- Roll out to create a thin pizza base and place on a lightly oiled tray.
- Bake the base at 220C for 5-7 minutes.
- Once baked, allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before covering it with chocolate spread. Top with crushed Squiggles Pineapple Chunks biscuits, berries, and a custard Squiggles drizzle.
