Whipped Feta Dip

Served with Snax Rosemary Crackers, this dip is perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients
  • 1 box of Snax Rosemary Crackers
  • 200g Feta, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream 
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil + more for serving 
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Mint

Instructions
  1. Beat together the feta, sour cream, water and 2 Tbsp olive oil for 5 minutes or until light and creamy. 
  2. Add to a serving dish and top with a drizzle of olive oil, chilli flakes, and chopped mint. 
  3. Serve with Snax Rosemary Crackers and enjoy!
