Malt S'mores Bars

All the deliciousness of s’mores in a good-to-go bar!

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of Griffin’s Malt biscuits
  • 1 cup of Rice Bubbles
  • 1 cup of Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 3 cups + 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 60g Butter

Instructions
  1. Roughly chop up the packet of Malt biscuits and add to a large bowl. Add 1 cup of mini marshmallows, the rice bubbles and chocolate chips, and stir to combine. 
  2. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter and remaining 3 cups of marshmallows.  Stir frequently until everything is melted and smooth.
  3. Remove the marshmallow mixture from the heat and quickly stir in biscuit mixture until everything is coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined tin. If desired, sprinkle over extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips to decorate.
  5. Place the slice in the fridge for an hour to set before slicing and enjoying!
