Toffee Pops Ice Cream
This Toffee Pops ice cream is rich, ultra creamy, and super easy!

Ingredients
- 200g Milk Chocolate, chopped
- 395g tin of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 500ml Cream
- 1/2 cup Caramel
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Toffee Pops biscuits, chopped
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts.
- In a large bowl, fold together the melted chocolate, the condensed milk, salt, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks.
- Add 1/3 of the cream to the chocolate mixture, mixing together. Gently fold through the rest of the cream until just combined.
- Add 1/3 of the ice cream mixture to a 2-litre loaf tin. Drizzle over some caramel, and add 1/3 of the crushed Toffee Pops. Repeat 2 more times until all the cream mixture, caramel, and Toffee Pops are distributed.
- Cover the ice cream and place in the freezer overnight.
- Once set, scoop and enjoy!
