Toffee Pops Mug Cake
Indulge for less than $20 with these decadent Toffee Pops mug cakes.
Ingredients
For one mug cake:
- 2 Griffin's Toffee Pops biscuits
- 3 Tbsp Self-Raising Flour
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp White Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Tbsp Milk
Instructions
- In a mug, combine all of the ingredients except for the Toffee Pops.
- Finely chop one Toffee Pop and stir through the mug cake mixture.
- Microwave the cake for 60 seconds before topping with a Toffee Pop and microwaving for a further 30 seconds.
