Toffee Pops Mug Cake

Indulge for less than $20 with these decadent Toffee Pops mug cakes.

Ingredients

For one mug cake:

  • Griffin's Toffee Pops biscuits
  • 3 Tbsp Self-Raising Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp White Sugar 
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Milk

Instructions
  1. In a mug, combine all of the ingredients except for the Toffee Pops.
  2. Finely chop one Toffee Pop and stir through the mug cake mixture.
  3. Microwave the cake for 60 seconds before topping with a Toffee Pop and microwaving for a further 30 seconds.
