Cameo Creme Monsters
Create spooky treats everyone will love with Griffin’s Cameo Cremes!
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Cameo Cremes
- 170g White Chocolate
- 50g Milk Chocolate
- Green Food Colouring
- Candy Eyes
- Chocolate Sprinkles
- Mint Jubes
Instructions
- In separate bowls, melt the white chocolate and a small amount of milk chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
- Divide the melted white chocolate into two small bowls. Add a very small amount of green food colouring to one bowl and stir until the chocolate is completely coloured.
- To make the Mummies: Dip a Cameo Creme into the white chocolate until ¾ coated. Add two eyes and place in the fridge to set for 5 minutes. Once the chocolate is set, add the remaining white chocolate to a piping bag (or snaplock bag with a snipped end), and drizzle the chocolate over the biscuits to create the Mummy wrap effect.
- To make the Monsters: Dip a Cameo Creme into the green dyed white chocolate until ¾ coated. Dip the top of the biscuit into chocolate sprinkles to create the hair, add candy eyes, and a nose using mint jubes. Place the biscuits in the fridge to set for a few minutes before piping small mouths on with the melted milk chocolate.
- Place all biscuits back into the fridge for 10 minutes to fully set before enjoying.
*If you’re using liquid food colouring, adding too much can thicken and ruin the chocolate. We recommend using a very small amount, or gel food colouring if you have it.
