Baked Cheesecake
This is the ultimate family favourite. The delicious combination of cream cheese and SuperWine biscuits is guaranteed to go down well with kids and grown-ups alike. Best of all this is the perfect base recipe that can be used to make your favourite cheesecake flavour whether it be chocolate or fresh berries.
Ingredients
- ½ packet of Griffin's Super Wine biscuits
- 80g Butter, melted
- 375g Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs, whisked
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.
- Crush the Super Wine biscuits then add melted butter and combine. Place into a flan dish.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla essence then beat until smooth. Add cream and combine.
- Spread over the base.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
