Looking for a timesaver dessert this Christmas? Made with only a handful of ingredients, our Chit Chat wreath has got you covered.

Ingredients
  • 3 packets of Griffin’s Chit Chat biscuits
  • 500ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 punnet of Strawberries
  • Fresh Mint
  • 100g Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • Cocoa for dusting

Instructions
  1. Beat the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Create a ring of cream on a large serving plate to form the base of the wreath.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of cream along the top side of a Chit Chat and sandwich with another biscuit. Repeat the process, placing the biscuits on their side in the ring of cream to create a wreath.
  4. Place the finished wreath in the fridge and allow to set for 30 minutes.
  5. While the wreath sets, melt your milk chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
  6. Pour the chocolate into a piping bag (or zip log bag) and pipe out Christmas shapes on a piece of baking paper. Place the chocolate decorations into the fridge to harden.
  7. When ready to serve, decorate the wreath with a dusting of cocoa, strawberries, mint, and the chocolate decorations.
