Christmas Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin's MallowPuffs
- 1 packet of Griffin's Candy Squiggles
- 2 packs Sherbet Fizz (1x green, 1x red)
- 500g Milk Chocolate
- Optional for decoration: shredded coconut & freeze dried raspberry
Instructions
- Roughly chop MallowPuffs, Candy Squiggles & Sherbet Fizz and set aside.
- In a large microwave proof bowl, break up the creamy milk chocolate and heat up in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is fully melted.
- Transfer melted chocolate to a baking bowl, and fold in chopped MallowPuffs, Candy Squiggles & Sherbet Fizz.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded coconut & freeze dried raspberry on top.
- Place in the refrigerator to set for at least an hour or until completely set.
- Remove from fridge 15 minutes before you wish to slice it.
- Cut into squares, serve & enjoy!
