Hundreds & Thousands Rice Krispies Slice
Delight your friends and family with our Hundreds & Thousands Rice Krispies Slice Recipe, made with Griffin's Cookie Bear Hundreds & Thousands biscuits. An easy and delicious way to elevate the classic Hundreds and thousands bikkie!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 350g Marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 packet of Cookie Bear Hundreds & Thousands
- Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan on low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add in the marshmallows and vanilla extract. Stir until marshmallows have completely melted before removing from the heat.
2. Add in the rice krispies and stir well until coated with the marshmallow mix.
3. Spray with a light coating of oil, or butter a baking 9x13 baking dish. Pour in marshmallow mixture using baking paper or greased spatula until mixture is flat. Top with Hundreds & Thousands biscuits and rainbow sprinkles. Cool in the fridge for 20 minutes.
4. Once cooled, cut into desired size slices.
Tip: this is best served on the day!
