MallowPuffs Christmas Puddings & Reindeers
Make this year’s Christmas baking fun & easy with Griffin’s MallowPuffs.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin’s MallowPuffs
- 100g White Chocolate
- 50g Milk Chocolate
- Jaffas
- Mint Jubes
- Candy Eyes
- Pretzels
Instructions
- Melt the two chocolates separately in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
- Prepare your pretzels by snapping them in half to create two antlers, and cut your mint jubes into smaller pieces.
- To create the Xmas puddings, pour a small spoonful of white chocolate on top of a MallowPuff, and top with a jaffa and mint jube piece.
- To create the reindeers, pour a small amount of milk chocolate on top of a MallowPuff, place a jaffa and two candy eyes to make a face, and stick pretzel halves into the marshmallow on each side.
- Allow the biscuits to set in the fridge for 10 minutes before enjoying.
