MallowPuffs Rocky Road

This decadent rocky road recipe takes only 10 minutes and 4 ingredients to make!

Ingredients
  • 540g Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 packet of Griffin’s MallowPuffs biscuits
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 200g Raspberry Liquorice or Lollies, chopped

Instructions
  1. Roughly chop the MallowPuffs biscuits.
  2. Combine biscuits, peanuts and lollies in a bowl.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning. 
  4. Once melted, pour your chocolate over the sweets and mix until everything is fully coated.
  5. Fill a baking paper lined dish with the rocky road mixture and place in the fridge to set for half an hour before cutting into pieces to serve.
