Raspberry, Chocolate & Gingernuts Tart
Add a touch of spice to your treats with our Gingernuts Tart.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Gingernuts biscuits
- 1/3 cup Cream
- 200g Milk or Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 65g Unsalted Butter, chopped
- Seasonal Fruit e.g. blueberries, strawberries, mango or freeze dried fruit of preference.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius and spray patty tins with oil.
- Wet biscuits quickly under running water to soften slightly - careful not to drown them!
- Softly press each bikkie into a separate patty hole. Once the tray is filled with biscuity goodness, place the tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Pop the remaining ingredients into a saucepan. On a low heat, stir until melted and combined.
