Stripes Slice
Simple but delicious, this slice made with Griffin's Cookie Bear Stripes is a must try!
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Griffin’s Super Wine biscuits
- 1 packet of Griffin's Cookie Bear Stripes biscuits
- 100g Butter
- 200g (1/2 tin) Condensed Milk
- 200g White Chocolate
- 75g Milk Chocolate
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the Super Wine biscuits and 3/4 of the packet of Stripes biscuits until they form fine crumbs.
- Melt together the butter and condensed milk in the microwave. Stir to combine before adding to the crushed biscuits and blitzing again until everything is fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of a baking paper lined tin.
- To make the topping, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments. Spread evenly over the slice.
- Melt the milk chocolate and use a spoon or piping bag* to drizzle chocolate 'stripes' over the top of the slice. Decorate with the remaining Stripes biscuits.
- Allow the slice to set in the fridge for an hour before slicing and enjoy!
*Don't have a piping bag? You can use a ziplock bag. Just add your melted chocolate and snip off the end.
